What does it mean to elevate your brand identity?

An elevated brand identity starts with a deep understanding of your brand identity. Whether you feel like your business is modern and chic or quirky and colorful, it's important to know your brand identity like the back of your hand. For example, I use a simple color palette (black and white) with a changing seasonal accent color (yellow for the fall) because I want it to reflect how FAUSETCO is classic and intentionally modern. I only use Arial font for all of my brand and marketing materials and adjust the spacing and bolding when it comes to headers and subtexts, which ties in with the whole classic and modern thing. But the point is, I've spent a lot of time thinking about how I want FAUSETCO to appear online and how I want the business to be perceived.
So essentially, having an elevated brand means having that solidified and fully developed understanding of the core of your brand. If you don't have that, I have some ideas on how you can fix that. Take the time to sit down and review everything unbiasedly. Look at all of your materials as if you were an outsider: your logo(s), color palette, and brand language. Gather all of your materials and think about what they mean and how they make you feel. Start writing down the basics to establish a baseline. You should know all of your color palette details, even down to the hex codes (#FFDA47), and know all of the fonts that you use. Keep them the same across all of your materials.
Then, start thinking about where you see your business in the future. Will your services change? Are you going to keep the same colors, the same brand language? It's important to consider what the future will look like so you have an idea of the direction you want to continue to take your business. Or you can just book a consultation with FAUSETCO, and we'll help you.
