How to deal with burnout as a small business owner?

When the entire business depends on your output, some days can be more exhausting than others. So it's worth questioning: how do you deal with exhaustion, those hard days, as a small business owner?
Well, the answer is simple. Do what you can. Whether it's a crawl or even just a step, it's important to try and make even the littlest bit of progress. Because in the grand scheme, progress is progress, so it doesn't matter the order in which you achieve a small feat. So if all you got done for the day was type a few sentences into a document, you had to do that at some point to get started, right? So give yourself a pat on the back.
It's also important to look back at what you've already accomplished. FAUSETCO used to be just an idea; now it's a functioning business with an established approach and visual aesthetic. But I've had plenty of days (like today) where I feel like I have nothing left to give. But I still continue to push myself to do what I can to make at least some sort of progress. Burnout is normal, and it's human. It'll pass.
